Suki Home Candles Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Suki Home Candle purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns for Store Credit
If you are not happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items purchased using discount codes can be returned for Store Credit - we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Store credit will be issued once we receive your returned order and confirm it meets our return conditions. You’ll receive your store credit as a digital gift card, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift cards can be used across our online store, including during sales and promotions.
If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our team at customerservice@sukihome.com.au so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Please note: Suki Home will not accept returns submitted through any other platform except via our customer service email.
Conditions of Return
- Submit your return request within 30 days of your order being dispatched.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless your item is confirmed as incorrect or faulty by our team.
- Returns for store credit must be received within 30 days from your approval date; otherwise, the return agreement will be void.
- If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.Requests made outside this timeframe may be denied.
We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel. Suki Home is not responsible for parcels lost in transit and cannot release store credit until your return is received within the 30-day period from approval.
Returns Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused

In its original packaging
- Follow the other requirements outlined on this page that apply to the reason for your return.
If your returned items don’t match the described condition or differ from the details provided in your return request, we’ll contact you for clarification. If we don’t receive further details within 7 business days, or if the issue cannot be verified, Suki Home Candles reserves the right to reject the return request.
In such cases, you’ll have the option to pay for return shipping back to you. If no response is received within 7 business days, the items may be recycled or donated.
Processing Your Return
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow 2 > 10 business days for processing. When processed, you’ll receive an email containing your gift card/store credit for the value of the returned item(s) at the purchase price.
Any returns sent to us without prior authorisation may be rejected and returned to the sender.
AfterPay Returns
If you purchased your items using AfterPay, you’ll still be issued a gift card/store credit for the full amount of the returned item (unless the item is confirmed faulty by our team). Please note that AfterPay instalments will continue until your balance is fully paid.
Mushroom Candle Lamp and Candle Jars
We provide detailed Candle Care Guidelines on each product page and include a care card with every order. If your Mushroom Candle Lamp, lamp lid, or candle jar is damaged due to not following our care recommendations, Suki Home will not cover replacements.
However, we can offer paid replacement options if you’d like a new lid or jar - including product and shipping costs. This policy does not apply to items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact the delivery provider directly to lodge a claim. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. While we pack all glassware securely, we cannot guarantee safe transit once with our delivery partners Australia Post + Sendle.
